- Government reserves the right to reject applications if any discrepancies are found during verification:
- This means that the government will check the information you provide when you apply for the tractor. If they find any errors or information that does not match their records (these are called discrepancies), they can decide not to accept your application.
- The tractor provided under this scheme must remain registered in the name of the applicant for a minimum period of three years:
- If you receive a tractor through this scheme, it has to stay registered under your name for at least three years. You cannot transfer the ownership or sell it to someone else during this time.
- Selected farmer will deposit his share, along with registration fee, within 30 days of the issuance of the allotment letter:
- If you are chosen to receive a tractor, you will get a letter called an allotment letter. Within 30 days of getting this letter, you need to pay your part of the cost (this is called your share) and any fees for registering the tractor.
- Make and model once mentioned cannot be changed:
- When you apply and choose a specific type (make) and model of tractor, you cannot change your choice later. Make sure you select the tractor you really want because you will have to stick with that decision.
- Government may withdraw subsidy without any notice:
- The government is helping to pay part of the cost of the tractor (this help is called a subsidy). However, they have the right to stop providing this financial help at any time without telling you in advance.
